This wedding had it all! The most picturesque barn wedding. Ever.

There's something so special and timeless about telling the story of how you and your significant other met, and how you fell in love. Like I just love going to dinner with new friends and getting to tell them all about how my wife and I fell in love, and then having my wife correct me when I get the details wrong haha. I don't know, I guess it just reminds me of sitting at the feet of my parents or grandparents and hearing their love stories. It may not have seemed like the most fantastical movie-like love story of all time to them, but to me it was pure magic! Skye + Wesley have the cutest and honestly probably the funniest start to their love story (skip to 0:35sec for a snippet I caught from Skye on their wedding day).

The venue, Gloryview Farm is so cute. They have this GORGEOUS green lawn out in front of the barn, and this past year they completely upgraded their outdoor pavilion to accommodate more guests, and they made the roof completely glass, supported by all this beautiful wood work - it's spectacular! And yet it has this simple, rustic feel that just fit this wedding perfectly.

The "first look" prank was executed perfectly at Skye + Wesley's wedding haha. I mean I was crying, and then laughing so hard I was crying - they just nailed it! So glad I got to be there and capture it so they can look back and smile :).

There are so many "in-between" moments that we can't put in the wedding day itinerary, but these moments I feel are the ones that often matter most. Like Skye's lil nephew who loved the sparkling cider so much he handed his mom the empty glass he'd just finished, and took hers that she hadn't finished yet 😂.

I actually have to remind myself to eat on the wedding day because I just get so caught up in all these magical little moments that I don't want to put my camera down.
