This Glacier Elopement was beyond epic! Right from the getgo I was like, bro—I LOVE elopements! The day started at Nathan + Cassandra's air bnb they'd rented on Wasilla lake. The morning was just so perfect - zero percent stress, 100% relax/chill vibes. From morning mimosa's to trying to figure out how to properly fold a pocket square to their first look - everything was magical.

The drive out to Knik River Lodge Helicopter & Glacier Dogsled Tour was gorgeous, and then my favorite moment was when, after we hopped in the helicopter and took off, we came up over the mountain ridge to see the Knik Glacier stretched out in front of us. There's nothing quite like it!

Nathan and Cassandra's ceremony was so intimate and special - I'll always remember it. The experience of making your vows in front of a gorgeous glacial pool is #1 - majestic and exciting, and also somehow sacred and simple. The quiet out there is incredible, because you're the only ones around for miles, and the beauty is so breathtaking, you just HAVE to experience it.
